Tai Chi Beginners Class at Ripley Leisure Centre

New Tai Chi classes are running at Ripley Leisure Centre Tuesday & Thursday Evenings 7:00-8:15pm throughout the year.
Tai Chi is a system of rounded, flowing movements which help to create balance and improve health. It has been practised for many hundreds of years before being taken up in the West from China and some refer to it as 'Meditation in motion'. The class which takes place on Thursday's at Ripley Leisure Centre is held by Neil Bradley a listed Instructor with The Tai Chi Union for Great Britain. Also practised are Qi Gong and Chinese exercises.
